Plain language, honestly stated. These terms cover everything on abuz8ai.com: the free web tools, the digital products, and any early-access program you join.
ABUZ8 AI is operated by ABUZ8 LLC, a company registered in Ohio, United States. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "ABUZ8" mean ABUZ8 LLC. "You" means anyone who visits the site or uses what's on it.
We offer three different things, and the terms differ slightly for each:
Our tools and products are provided "as is." AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. We don't warrant that any result is accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or error-free. Always review AI-generated output before you rely on it — especially for anything legal, financial, medical, or otherwise consequential. You're responsible for how you use what the tools produce.
Don't use our tools to create content that is illegal, that harms or harasses others, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you'd be ashamed to put your name on. Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer our infrastructure. We may suspend access that abuses the service.
Anything you upload or type into a tool remains yours. We process it only to produce the result you asked for. We don't claim ownership of your inputs or outputs. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Paid products are processed securely through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If a digital product doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll make it right or refund it. Because digital products are delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case in good faith.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
